Malaysian Chicken Korma is a traditional Malay dish that is usually served during the Ramadhan and other Malay festive occasions. You can now enjoy this dish any time at the comfort of your home.

INGREDIENTS FOR MALAYSIAN CHICKEN KORMA

(Serves 4-6 peoples)

✅️ ±1.3 kg Chicken

✅️ 30 g Ground Coriander

✅️ 15 g Ground Cumin

✅️ 15 g Ground Fennel

✅️ 2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

✅️ 1 Cinnamon Quill

✅️ 3 pcs Black Cardamom

✅️ 1 Lime

✅️ 20 g Galangal

✅️ 6 Cloves Garlic

✅️ 3 Bulbs Shallots

✅️ 2 Green Chilies

✅️ 2 Red Chilies

✅️ 3 (±480 g) Potatoes 

✅️ 800 ml Coconut Milk

✅️ 500 ml Plain Water

✅️ 1½ tsp Salt
