Blueberry Cheesecake Crumble is a beautiful and an appetizing dessert that is well loved by many. A cheesecake that is packed with juicy blueberries and topped with a buttery crumble topping, such a delicious combo that make it a perfect crowd pleaser.

INGREDIENTS FOR BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE CRUMBLE - FILLING

(Serves 10-12 peoples)

✅️ 250 Gm Cream Cheese

✅️ 1/2 Cup Plain Flour

✅️ 500 Gm Frozen Blueberries

✅️ 1 Lemon Juice (from a lemon weigh +/-160 gm)

✅️ 2 Eggs (+/-70 gm each)

✅️ ½ Cup Sugar

✅️ 1 Tub Lemon Flavored Greek Yogurt (170 Gm)

✅️ 1/4 Tsp Salt

✅️ 230 Gm Butter, cubed and melted

✅️ 1 Lemon Zest (from a lemon weigh +/-160 gm)

✅️ ¾ Cup Sugar

✅️ 1 Tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

✅️ 1/4 Tsp Salt
