In this video I am going to share with you a Bacon Wrapped Chicken recipe. This chicken recipe is extremely easy to prepare and is perfect for a quick meal.
The combination of herbed spreadable cheese and basil leaves elevate the flavor of this simple chicken recipe to another level. The rashers of bacon wrapped around the chicken also helps to conceal the moisture of the chicken. As the chicken breast is being cooked, the bacon will turn crispy and adds a nice smoky flavor to it. Simply delicious.

Here is a quick rundown of the recipe:
Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides. Arrange the herbed spreadable cheese and basil leaves on top of each chicken breast. Wrap 2 rashers of bacon around each chicken fillet to enclose the cheese and basil leaves.
Arrange the chicken wrapped with seam-side down in a shallow baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Bake the bacon wrapped chicken for 30 minutes or until the bacon turns crisp/golden and the chicken cooked through.
Remove the cooked bacon wrapped chicken from the oven and serve warm/hot with the sides of your choice.
